Definitions:
- Service Provider – On Time Tomasz Malik, 32-082 Karniowice, Słoneczna 113, Poland, NIP: 6871800095, REGON: 180699730, the provider of the TalentCheck.app service.
- User – an adult natural person who has registered an Account and uses the Service.
- Service – the website available at talentcheck.app, through which the Service Provider offers AI-powered job fit assessments and recruitment support tools, including:
- a complete job fit assessment,
- an interview simulation with AI,
- analysis of interview responses using sentiment and language models,
- personalized feedback and hiring recommendations,
- CV match summary and improvement suggestions,
- a set of tailored interview questions and model answers,
- personalized cover letter generation.
- Subscription – a paid access model to the above services, available in two forms:
- One-Time Job Fit Package – one-time access to a full job fit assessment process for a single job offer,
- Monthly Job Fit Plan – subscription-based access to up to 5 job fit assessments per month, with recurring payments and priority AI insights.
- Payment – the amount payable by the User as specified on the Service.
- Billing Period – the duration for which the Subscription is valid, as applicable to the Monthly Job Fit Plan.
- Account – a personalized user interface to manage settings, data, and Subscription.
General Provisions
- The Service Provider provides access to the Service and Subscription under these Terms.
- By registering, the User enters into a binding agreement with the Service Provider.
- To use the Service, the User must:
- have internet access,
- a valid email address,
- access to an up-to-date web browser.
- Using the Subscription requires the User to upload a CV or job description and complete a video-based job fit assessment.
- The User agrees to:
- use the Service exclusively with their own application materials,
- not use the Service on behalf of third parties,
- comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to block or terminate Subscription access in the case of Terms violations.
Payments
- Payment must be made in advance to activate a Subscription or one-time package.
- Monthly Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled by the User before the end of the Billing Period.
- Users may cancel the Monthly Subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Subscription management is available via the User's Account.
Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted via email to: hello@talentcheck.app
- A valid complaint should include:
- the User’s name and email,
- a clear description of the issue.
- The Service Provider will respond within 14 days to the email address provided.
AI Technology Disclaimer
- The Service uses AI to analyze documents and all content.
- Users are responsible for verifying and adjusting all AI-generated materials.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
Personal Data
All matters regarding personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Service.
Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for any recruitment outcomes based on materials provided through the Service.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the repetition of AI-generated interview questions in real-life interviews.
- The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of any information entered into the Service.
- The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by the User’s breach of these Terms.
Final Provisions
- The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the Service for updates or technical reasons.
- Terms may be amended at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
